1. General Listing Requirements

All listings submitted to Machex Marketplace must:

  • Comply with applicable local and international laws
  • Be submitted by authorized owners, dealers, brokers, manufacturers, or representatives

Machex reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing without prior notice.

2. Allowed Products

The platform is intended for industrial and commercial machinery-related products, including but not limited to:

  • Machine tools
  • Energy and power equipment
  • Factory equipment
  • Spare parts and components

Listings unrelated to industrial or commercial equipment may be rejected.

3. Prohibited Listings

The following content and products are strictly prohibited:

  • Stolen or illegally obtained equipment
  • Counterfeit machinery or fake branded products
  • Fraudulent or misleading listings
  • Duplicate listings for the same machine
  • Weapons, explosives, or illegal materials
  • Hazardous products prohibited by law
  • Listings containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
  • Non-existent or unavailable products
  • Listings intended solely for advertising external services

Machex may permanently suspend accounts involved in prohibited activities.

4. Listing Title Standards

Titles must clearly identify the product being offered.

Good Example:

Caterpillar 320D Hydraulic Excavator – 2019 – Low Hours

Bad Example:

Best Excavator Cheap Price!!! Click Now

Titles must not contain:

  • Excessive capital letters
  • Misleading promotional language
  • Contact information
  • URLs or external website references
  • Irrelevant keywords

5. Description Requirements

Descriptions should provide clear and detailed information, including:

  • Brand and model
  • Manufacturing year
  • Technical specifications
  • Operating condition
  • Working hours (if applicable)
  • Capacity and performance details
  • Maintenance history
  • Certifications or documentation
  • Current location
  • Delivery or shipping availability

Descriptions must not contain false claims or intentionally misleading information.

6. Image Guidelines

All uploaded images must:

  • Show the actual machine or equipment
  • Be clear, high-quality, and recent
  • Accurately represent the current condition
  • Avoid excessive editing or misleading modifications

The following are not allowed:

  • Stock images unrelated to the actual product
  • Watermarked competitor images
  • Blurry or low-resolution photos
  • Images containing inappropriate content
  • Promotional banners covering the machinery

Listings with poor-quality images may be rejected during review.

7. Pricing Rules

Prices must be realistic and market-related.

The following practices are prohibited:

  • Fake pricing
  • Placeholder prices intended only to attract inquiries
  • Intentionally misleading “contact for price” abuse
  • Hidden mandatory fees not disclosed in the listing

Machex may request additional verification for unusually low or suspicious pricing.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate listing information
  • Responding to buyer inquiries professionally
  • Updating sold or unavailable listings
  • Maintaining lawful business operations
  • Respecting international trade regulations
  • Delivering products as described

Repeated violations may result in account restrictions or permanent removal.

9. Listing Approval Process

All listings may be subject to manual or automated review before publication.

Machex may verify:

  • Product authenticity
  • Seller identity
  • Image quality
  • Listing accuracy
  • Compliance with platform policies

Approval times may vary depending on listing type and verification requirements.

10. Removal & Suspension Policy

Machex reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated policy violations
  • Misleading product information
  • Buyer complaints
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Unsafe or illegal products

Serious violations may result in permanent bans without refund.

Machex is not responsible for legal issues arising from non-compliant transactions.
